For this sweet brunch, instead, our recipe proposal is a combination of the sweetest and most appetizing of ingredients: honey, hazelnuts and cinnamon. A tasty and flavourful Pinsa, ready in a few minutes and super easy to prepare!

Cut the pears into thin slices and garnish them with cinnamon to taste. Next, in a saucepan with a dab of butter, cook for 5 minutes.

Prepare the Pinsa crust and top it with the pears, crumbled hazelnuts, currant berries, a drizzle of honey and bake for a few minutes.

The Pinsa Honey and Cinnamon is ready to serve!
