Flavoful Pinsa Aperitif

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oval Pinsa crust
  • Extra virgin olive oil or oil of choice
  • Creamed leek sauce, crispy bacon, yellow cherry tomatoes, pecorino cheese, red cabbage, mint leaves
  • Tomato sauce, Stracciatella cheese, anchovies, Taggiasche olives or olives of choice, capers, oregano
  • Spreadable cheese, Curly endive salad, salmon, pistachio in grains, poppy seeds, lemon zest
  • Mozzarella (cheese), baked potato slices, cherry tomatoes, oil and fresh thyme

Season the Pinsa crust with oil and salt. Bake in a preheated oven and once that the Pinsa has reached the desired crispiness, cut it into small squares and top each portion with different ingredients to create the Pinsa Aperitif to serve to your customers:

 

  1. Creamed Leek sauce with crispy bacon, yellow cherry tomatoes, red cabbage, grated pecorino cheese and finally some mint leaves.
  2. Stracciatella cheese with anchovies, olives, capers and a pinch of oregano
  3. Spreadable cheese with curly endive salad and salmon. Next, season with pistachio in grains, poppy seeds and complete the topping of the Pinsa with the lemon zest.
  4. Mozzarella cheese, baked potato slices, cherry tomatoes with herbs and finish with a little fresh thyme.
