  • 1 classic maxi Pinsa crust
  • 100 g tomato pulp
  • 1 mozzarella cheese
  • Basil leaves
  • 100 g guacamole
  • Roasted cherry tomatoes
  • Black olives
  • Baked ham
  • Pistachios
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Easy and quick to prepare, with Pinsa maxi crust you can easily serve a vast number of clients with different tastes!

Let’s dive into the preparation: cut the Pinsa into 3 portions, garnish the first one with the tomato pulp and, once ready, bake in the preheated oven together with the other two rectangular slices.

Once out of the oven, on the first slice, beside the tomato added before, top with the chopped mozzarella, a drizzle of oil and finish garnishing with fresh basil leaves.

On the second slice, once out of the oven, top with the guacamole sauce, the roasted cherry tomatoes and the black olives.

For the last portion, top with the baked ham and the chopped pistachios.
