The Pinsa Bun, simple and artisanal, is able to bring out the flavour of each ingredient in every bite.
Quick and easy to prepare, as all the Pinsa formats; it is practical to eat anywhere, crispy and light, and will surely be appreciated by your customers.
It only takes 5 minutes to prepare a Pinsa Bun:
Start by brushing the surface of the Pinsa Bun with a mix of egg yolks and milk. Next, top the bun with poppy seeds and sesame seeds, making this way the bun even more flavourful.
Bake for 3 minutes or until it has reached the desired level of crispness.
Once out of the oven cut the Pinsa Bun in half and let it chill for a few minutes for an even crispier texture.
Then proceed with the filling of the Pinsa Bun: first lay some slices of baked ham, on top of it place the pan-seared cherry tomatoes, next the porcini mushrooms and finally add the yoghurt dressing.
Finish with a pinch of parsley. The Pinsa Bun is ready to be tasted and enjoyed!
