Pinsa Hambuerger con Burger di Scottona e Cipolla Caramellata

  • Beef burger
  • Caramelised red onion

  • Citrus flavoured mayonnaise


The hamburger, as we know, is the sandwich par excellence. Appetising, flavourful and delightful. Our version with the Pinsa Bun and caramelised red onions is even more delicious. Quick and easy to prepare, it’s ready in a few minutes!

Start by slicing the onions and caramelising them in a saucepan with a tablespoon of sugar and a little water.

Cook the burger to taste and bake the Pinsa Bun for 3 minutes or until golden brown.


Cut the Pinsa Bun in half and let it chill on the grill for an even crispier texture.


At the base of the Pinsa Bun add a layer of mayonnaise, on top place the caramelised onions, 2 or 3 salad leaves, the hamburger still warm and two slices of cheddar. Continue by adding more caramelised red onions and 2/3 salad leaves.


The Pinsa Bun is now ready!
