Pinsami Professional Frozen Line offers different formats of frozen Pinsa for industry professionals that can be stored in the freezer at -18°C and it is the Pinsami line with the longest shelf life. Indeed, Pinsami PROFESSIONAL frozen Pinsa can be stored for 18 months in an unopened package, allowing the professionals to reduce any chance of food waste.

The Frozen Line is characterised by the traditional Pinsa oval in classic and wholemeal version, the Pinsa maxi, the Pinsa round, the single-portion Pinsa, and the Pinsa bun, a soft sandwich inside and crispy outside, perfect for gourmet sandwiches or hamburgers.
