PINSA ROUND FORMAT

Pinsa round of Pinsami Professional is designed to combine the longing for the traditional pizza shape with the advantages of Pinsa. The format is the same as that of pizza but the dough is lighter and easier to digest. The result is a crispy Pinsa Romana (round format) ready to be seasoned and served to the customer in just few minutes, no need for a qualified pizza chef!
